$28K is what it would sell for if you ordered a kitchen from them. They are probably selling it for 50% off or so. It's hard to sell displays I have 5 that I'm trying to sell from my now closed showroom, all I want to do is recoup my costs.
I maybe could see someone spending $14K, but I wouldn't buy it for $10K, it's just not my thing. (Overspending, that is.) Anyone who buys that kitchen for $28K is nuts.
